The Democrats have, for years, been systematically lining the pockets of their hierarchy while allowing their followers and other citizens of the United States of America to squealer in the leftovers. Some members/representatives have breached their oath of office and fiduciary duties to enforce and uphold the constitution of the United States of America. They have failed to enforce the laws of the States they represent. The DNC, its employees, members and representatives have been committing treasonous acts for years without the threat of accountability. They also receive funds from lobbyists and employees working for foreign countries. They have used governmental time, toil, and talents to commit and hid acts of sexual harassment.
The DNC and its employees, members, and representative have knowingly and willingly been participating in RICO Acts on an ongoing basis.
The DNC and its employees, members, and representative have demonstrated a Pattern of Behavior that includes but is not limited to:
Breach of Contractual Obligation to the people of the United States of America – members and representative of the DNC have taken an oath of office; upon taking that oath they have verbally agreed to the contractual obligation recited in that vow to up hold the constitution of the Untied States of America. Upon receipt of any funds afforded the member and representative of the DNC the member and/or representative has shown their acceptance of the vow they took.
For every instance where the DNC, their members and representatives and any and all entities thereof have failed to uphold their oath of office and every breach of their verbal contractual obligations to the citizens of the United States of America is a breach of their contractual obligation to the people of the United States of America.
Following is a sampling of those breaches:
Harboring illegal aliens – the DNC encourages, trains and allows its representatives, members and representatives, to commit the act of Harboring illegal aliens. See the reports of democratic officials who turned their cities into sanctuary cities and those who refused to turn over illegal aliens to ICE.
Voter Fraud – the DNC encourages, trains and allows its representatives, members and representatives, to commit the illegal act of Voter Fraud. See individuals who have been accused, tried and sentenced.
Intimidation and Harassment – Intimidation is the intentional behavior that would cause an ordinary and sensible person to fear injury or harm. While harassment covers a wide range of behavior and actions of an offensive nature; it is usually behavior that humiliates or embarrasses a person and is usually identified as unacceptable social and moral reasonableness behavior. In the legal sense these behaviors appear to be disturbing, upsetting and/or threatening.
The DNC admits to having at least 14 training programs across the country and the world. These training programs are for activists, organizers, and candidates. The activists are the likes of ANTIFA AND BLM, the organizers are the people who have put together the “marches” that turned into demonstrations which resulted in the destruction of private and public property, injuries to first responders and citizens of the USA. The candidates are the politicians who support ANTIFA, BLM and the demonstrators who destroy and harm persons, places, and things.
The DNC, its employees, members and representatives organized and encouraged individuals to protest and riot when President Trump became the President of the United States. The DNC, its employees, members and representatives have demonstrated and rioted throughout the United States of America for over four years causing millions of dollars in damages and countless deaths and murders. The DNC, its employees, members and representatives have threatened and intimidated business owners to board up their stores and lock the doors for days and weeks at a time due to the demonstrations and riots encouraged and condoned by the DNC, et al.
Question since the DNC is the Democratic Party of the USA why do they need training throughout the world and who are they training outside of the USA.
Ponzi Scheme – an investment fraud that pays existing investors (foreign countries) with funds collected from new investors (tax payers). Organizers of this type of fraud promise to invest the money and generate high returns for investors, often boasting of minimal risk.
Each time a member/representative of the DNC calls for an increase in taxes with the promise of a better life, a better community, a better health system, etc. and these betterments are not produced the DNC, its members and representative have participated in a Ponzi Scheme
Pyramid Scheme – “may purport to sell a product”, but often “simply use the product to hide their pyramid structure”.
Look at the Unions and how their leaders make money off the backs of their hard working members. The members are promised better working conditions and more pay for a portion of their daily wages. The top dog gets elected by the members of the particular union. The top dog budgets funds in order to make donations to the DNC in support for the Democratic Party. The DNC then turns around and funds the political career of the top dog. The only person really benefiting is the “TopDog”. What these union workers need to realize is that the federal government and each state has laws on the books guaranteeing workers rights, protection, pay and safety.
Money Laundering – is the illegal process of concealing the origins of money obtained illegally by passing it through a complex sequence of banking transfers or commercial transactions. The overall scheme of this process returns the “clean” money to the launderer in an obscure and indirect way.
Some of the companies that the Democratic children work for are also Money Laundering Schemes. Money is donated to certain countries where there are companies that employ the children of DNC employees, members, and/or representative. The country’s government then pays the companies for “work” preformed at an overpriced amount and then the company pays the children an exurbanite annual income and the children then “share” the funds with the “BigDog”. Receiving Illegal Donations – There are numerous meaning to the phrase “receiving illegal donations”: 1. Donations given secretly in jurisdictions where they are required to be disclosed; 2. Donations from prohibited sources – these may include payments from the proceeds of crime or (in some countries) from foreign sources, companies, and trade unions; 3. payments in excess of set contribution limits; 4. political payments disguised as business transactions where such payments would have been illegal had they been given as donations; 5. the selling of the appointment to political offices.
If we look at the actions of Rod Blagojevich, in 2009, you will see a member/ representative of the DNC who not only abused his powers but also received illegal donations through his attempt to fill the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Obama. Embezzlement – refers to a form of white-collar crime in which a person or entity misappropriates the assets entrusted to him or her. In this type of fraud, the embezzler attains the assets lawfully and has the right to possess them, but the assets are then used for unintended purposes.

It is reported that Nancy Pelosi’s husband buys the land with federal grants; and gained other land through eminent domain. Pelosi’s husband then sells the land to Feinstein’s husband funded by federal grants. Feinstein’s husband then sells the land to actual developers who used federal grants to purchase the land; which means the citizens of California paid for the same land three times. The Pelosi and Feinstein families made millions of dollars off the back of hard working Californians.
Dianne Feinstein has assisted her husband’s company being awarded numerous governmental contracts. Her husband has also had extensive business dealing with China and her votes on trade issues have be profitable for China.
Failure to Enforce – there are various ways to go about gaining enforcement of laws and regulations, but almost all of them involve at some point contacting the government agency or department in charge to receive the forms and instructions for filing a complaint.
We have laws on the books regarding almost every aspect of life and instead of enforcing the laws currently on the books or educating “We the People” on the proper procedure to file a complaint the DNC members want to write new laws. An example is; we have laws regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, and employment. Instead of walking the victim through the process of filing suit against the perpetrator of the laws, currently on the books, the DNC employees, members and representatives act as though there are no laws on the books and use the media to fuel the flames.
Abuse of Power – is the commission of an unlawful act, done in an official capacity, which affects the performance of official duties. Malfeasance in office is often a just cause for removal of an elected official by statute or recall election. Officials who utilize abuse of power are often those who exploit the ability to use corruption in their advantage.

Obstruction of Congress – The DNC, its employees, members and representatives knowingly and willingly attempted to impeach President Trump on charges that were manifested by an angry party. The DNC, its employees, members and/or representatives knowing and willingly paid for a fabricated report, which was then presented as factual in the impeachment hearing.
Coercion – the word coercion means to persuade an unwilling person to do something by using force or threats or to obtain something by using force or threats.
DNC members have threatened to withhold the support of citizens of the United State of America if their special interest groups were not funded.
Extortion – the word extortion is the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.

Quid Pro Quo – is a favor or advantage granted or expected in return for something.

Defamation of Character – occurs when an individual’s character or reputation is tarnished as a result of a fraudulent statement or action of another individual. Defamation can be broken down into two types: spoken, which is called slander, and written, which is called libel.
DNC employees, members and/or representatives will make accusations against individuals and businesses without any proof of the act as was evident by the Kavenaugh matter. DNC employees, members, and/or representatives will make accusations against individuals with fraudulently produced documents as evident by the Trump impeachment proceedings.
Censoring or Censorship – is the act of an individual, group or business that blocks something from being read, heard, or seen.
Media Groups owned and operated by members and or representatives of the DNC have knowingly and willfully been using their products to censor and deceive individuals who don’t have the same political views. Facebook, Twitter and other forms of Social Media has taken down politician’s pages and have given time outs to people who voice a difference of opinion. News groups have fired employees who have had differing opinions.
Racism and Discrimination – Racism is defined as prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized; and the belief that different races possess distinct characteristics, abilities, or qualities, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior or superior to one another. Discrimination is defined as the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.
The DNC, its employees, members and representatives use the reporting of racism and discrimination as a way to control the public and privately owned businesses. This is evidenced by acts of DNC employees, members and representatives yelling racism and discrimination and reporting the matter to the media/social media powers that be when a non Democrat voices an opinion that differs from the DNC opinion.

The continuous and ongoing actions of the DNC, its employees, members and representative and there ongoing attempt to over throw the Constitution and government of the United States of America are treasonous. The continuous and ongoing actions of the DNC, its employees, members and representative shows that they do not plan to honor and protect the Constitution of the United States of America, the federal laws of the United States of America or the State and Local laws of the individual States of the United States of America.
The continuous and ongoing actions of the DNC, its employees, members and representative shows they are enemies of the United States of America. These enemies (DNC, its employees, members and representatives) need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. These enemies (DNC, its employees, members and representatives) need to receive the harshest punishment allowable by the laws of the federal government and the individual states of the United States of America.
